On November 7, Professor Shamim A. Sheikh, a member of Canadian Academy of Engineering and professor at the University of Toronto, visited our school upon invitation. President Wang Xiaofan met with the guest cordially. The heads of the Institute of Science and Technology, the International Office, the School of Urban Construction and Safety Engineering, the School of Materials Science and Engineering, and the Department of Intelligent Technology accompanied the meeting.
