Delegation from Kenzhegali Sagadiev International Business University, Kazakhstan, Visits SIT

On May 18, a delegation from Kenzhegali Sagadiev International Business University of Kazakhstan visited SIT. The delegation included Vice President Nurgalieva Kuralai Orazgalievna, Head of the Scientific Research Department Nurbatsin Akan Seitkanuly and Head of the International Office Ismailova Fariza. SIT’s Vice President Mao Xiangdong warmly received the guests at the engxian Campus. The meeting was also attended by representatives from the  International Office, the Institute of Science and Technology, and the School of Economics and Management.

During the meeting, both sides presented their respective university’s disciplinary offerings, industry-university integration and international cooperation activities. They reached preliminary consensus on the following: signing an inter-institutional Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to formally establish an institutional partnership — making this university our first partner institution in Kazakhstan; launching two-way faculty and student exchange programs and promoting semester-long exchanges and internship programs for MBA students.

As a renowned national university in Kazakhstan, Kenzhegali Sagadiev International Business University has long focused on international business, economic management, and information technology. Adhering to the educational philosophy of “integrating international standards and cultivating practical talents,” the university has established a comprehensive talent development system covering bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs.
