Recently, Professor Zhang Wanping’s team from the school of perfume and aroma technology won the first prize of the 2023 China Light Industry council Science and Technology Progress Award for the “Key Technology and Industrialization of Cosmetic Active Ingredients Coated Carrier Preparation” project.

Based on the coating carrier technology of cosmetic active ingredients, a series of new dosage cosmetic products have been developed. Through cooperation between industry, academia and research institutes, the company has added an output value of 3.125 billion yuan in the past three years, improving the technical level and international competitiveness of China's functional cosmetics. According to the scientific and technological achievements appraisal of China Light Industry Federation, the overall technology of this project has reached the international advanced level, among which the ceramide bionic mass transfer body technology used in infant skin repair has reached the international leading level.
